SHOP THE HOUSE- each winner will get a 60 minute item to shop unlisted and unsold items in the house- there's a lot of household items, tools, furniture, and décor that's not in the auction,įantastic Seattle estate sale! Includes Original vintage vinyl records (The White Album by Beatles with Serial number lower than 1000, Bon Jovi, Jass, Blues, and More!). Each winning bidder will be expected to bring their own packing and moving materials, tools, along with any necessary labor (and a vehicle large enough to transport their goods). Pickups will occur in the Maple Leaf neighborhood of Seattle. Winning bidders will receive instructions regarding pickup after the auction has closed. Shipping costs will be added to the buyer's invoice as an additional cost.
